Operation Longevity™ 21 Day “Call to Action” Coin Challenge. Includes Coin & Certificate
This is a timely program to help law enforcement professionals gain vital tools for self-care that will result in lasting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The 21-Day Challenge is the first step on the introspective journey toward positive and lasting impact.
Based on scientific research, the “21-Day Challenge” guides participants through simple, small practices that yield powerful and sustainable gains. When practiced over a short period of time, changes come over participants that lead to a positive outlook on life.
The challenge itself is simple but requires discipline. Each day participants will read one page of the 21-Day Coin Challenge book, complete one minute of prescribed breathing exercises (explained within the book) and complete an action aimed at improving physical, emotional, or spiritual well-being.
Participants follow this with a random act of kindness. This is an action designed to offer kindness toward someone without asking for anything in return. Examples could include offering a colleague a cup of coffee, holding the door open for someone, giving a compliment, donating clothes to a person in need, or letting someone in front of you in line.
The 21-Day Coin Challenge is founded on the author’s belief that by completing all these actions each day, for 21 days, participants will begin to feel better about themselves and their outlook on life. It might even be the first step in mitigating the crisis of law enforcement suicide.
